Hehe, thanks Zeke :D ! There's already a bug when an interrupted caster of 0 cast duration spell is successufully interrupted (and still can cast, sigh). Sorting this one here during the weekend (or so I hope as it is an RL heavy weekend)...

Awesome work as usual Karl! RL has been kicking me hard the last couple months, but I'll get through it and back to coding I will be again...hopefully sooner than later :( :? :P

Yup I'm having too much fun. :)
My city is definitely turning into a hub area for something larger I'm pleased to say. I think I'm edging back to fantasy rather than sci fi this time. I've been putting loads of thought into a non-D&D based system for classes, levelling and traits - something closer to Might and Magic or the Avernum games. The new traits system opens up loads of possibilities. I'll post about it when I get a minute.

-fixed a bug with correctly ending turn on failed interruption save in the turn where the actual cast is supposed to happen
- additionally, made the glow marker on portraits in battl enow always highlight the pc whose current turn it is

Lots of work on attacks of opportunity: these have animations now in all cases (inlcuding leaving or moving through a threatened area, after first move), even multiple attackers of opportunity are simultaneously animated now. Additionally, a pc whose hitpoints are reduced to zero or less by an attack of opportunity ends his turn immediatley now. Finally, fine tuning and more bug fixes for the cast duration system.

All of this work ties into the turn order and animation chain at some point which is especially hard work for me. My solutions in code are truely ugly (more than they are normally already, sigh :roll: ) in this area and lots of testing is required to sort stuff, so I move like a snail with this part of the coding work :lol: .

That being said, next IB2 beta v44 (including all the stuff mentioned) is inernally ready and I hope to publish it later during the day/ tonight...

- potential hotfix for path finding crash on non-square shaped maps
- lots of work on attacks of opprtunity and their animations (see above)
- more fixes/polish for cast duration system
