Out of Index on Removing Character in Party Creation

When I try to remove the first character (or cycle all the way through available characters) on the party creation screen before entering the game, I get an out of index error. I can reproduce the error in other mods. It might be something introduced with v36, as I tried doing it a few times with earlier versions.

Good heads up, Zach. This bug was likely introduced by the extended use of labels on v36, I am gonna investigate...
