Tile Paint Modes: Snap (default, as currently is) and Free

There might be two Tile Paint Modes: Snap (default, as currently is) and Free.
In Snap mode (default, as is now) tiles are painted centered on the clicked square (well, their x,y origin matches the x,y origin of target square).
In Free mode tiles are painted centered on current position of mouse pointer (at the moment of clicking; ie their origin half size above and half size left of mouse pointer).
Edit: Such free painting will allow to have e.g. wood borders are show less repeating patterns and/or dont appear drawn with a straight line or to ahve e.g. village house grouped a little more varied and naturally.
